Come and See Us without Obligation:
Members of the public are always welcome to take a guided tour around the dance studios.
You are very welcome to come at any time without an appointment,
but the Dance School can get very busy, so to ensure we give you the attention you deserve,
it is a good idea to phone first. We can describe to you what happens in the school and
answer any questions you have, all without obligation.
You are very welcome to browse in the shop without being attacked by sales staff.
When is the School and Shop Open ? The school and Shop is open every day of the year, excluding most Sundays, Bank Holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year. The Dance Centre is open Monday to Saturday : 10:00am to between 5:00pm and 8:00pm The Dance Shop is open Monday to Saturday : 9:00am - 5:30pm. We aim to have someone at the phone throughout the day. We are a small family business, not a call centre, so please understand, we don't always manage this every minute of every day. Answering your phone calls: All our staff are trained to take written notes whilst on the phone. We always aim to answer queries to your satisfaction. Should we be unable to fully answer your questions immediately, we will return your call if you wish. Please feel free to make contact without obligation. |
